What should I expect to submit
General information, including basic contact details Permission to showcase with a photo and relevant information on the WISH website and through social media and to maintain contact for updates on activities throughout schooling should you be the recipient. Name and Email of who you would like to complete your letter of recommendation. List of Activities (able to complete within the form or by using THIS TEMPLATE) One 500 - 1000 word essay or 5-10 minute video: Answer the first question, and then choose at least one of questions 2 through 5 to expand upon the first question Describe how you became interested in STEM. Did you have a mentor/parent/event that piqued your interest? What STEM activities have you been involved in? Describe. What are your career goals? What do you envision as the future of your chosen field of study? What recent advancement in STEM has inspired you? Expand.
